Patrice Bogna

CEO

Mr. Bogna has a University degree in bilingual Communications and Marketing with a solid background in business services development and project management. Patrice is mainly responsible for Secure AP business development, sales and overall coordination. Also, Patrice has successfully cumulated nearly 25 years of continued and varied work experience within the United Nations Systems and over 5 years of high-level and challenging positions in the private sector. Mr. Bogna uses his skills and competence to manage Secure AP.

Jade Bogna

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mrs. Bogna has a degree in Information Technology and Systems from the University of Texas at Dallas and has professional experience with accounts payable, software implementation and integration. Jade brings more than a decade of accounts payable experience. She was responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable operations, making payments, and successfully reducing time and money spent on processing invoices.
